In 2001, Connie Martin leveraged her proven track record of providing human resources leadership for small to large-scale companies and founded CorePlacement Personnel Services. She has been committed to providing human resources consulting and organizational development strategies to business owners, facilitating long-term employment relationships and maximizing employee potential within organizations.
Ms. Martin believes that more than any other single factor, an organizations’ “people power” will determine their success and ability to remain competitive and partners with business clients to create effective workforce solutions with contract staffing services.
Additionally, Ms. Martin has met the payroll servicing needs of business clients and transitioned CorePlacement Personnel Services from a home-based business to its new location in the Garden Plaza Center in Merrillville, IN.
Ms. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois. Ms. Martin tailored her Illinois MBA to have a special emphasis on Human Resources Management with additional coursework from the Industrial Labor Relations Institute and Human Resources Education Department.
